A personal injury action for $6,110has been commenced by John N. Baumhoefer against the Chicago, St. Paul & Kansas City road. Baumhoefer claims to have been severely injured while acting as a brakeman on the Minnesota & Northwestern. He applied to have the case removed to the United States circuit court, and his request has been granted.
