Teresa Kioski, 88, formerly of 1501 Jackson St, Merrill, died on Tuesday, October 9, 1984 at Holy Cross Hospital in Merrill.

She was born on October 7, 1896 in Ashland, WI to the late Anthony and Veronica (Brizke) Leciejewski. She married Thomas J. Kioski on May 29, 1917 in Ashland. Mr. Kioski died on May 6, 1964. She was a member of St. Francis Catholic Church in Merrill, of the Altar Society of the church, and of the Golden Age and Foresters Clubs.

She is survived by two sons, Bernard Kioski of Wisconsin Rapids and Arnold Kioski of Phoenix, AZ; two brothers, Anthony Keciejewski and Peter Keciejewski both of Ashland; two sisters, Mrs. Bessie Blaszkowski of Ashland and Mrs. William Sheer of Cleveland, OH; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in Ashland, WI on Friday, October 12, 1984 with a Mass of Christian Burial being held at St. Agnes Catholic Church. Father Andre Schluducker officiated and burial was in St. Agnes Cemetery.

A visitation was held in Merrill, WI on Wednesday, October 10, 1984 at the Wistein Funeral Home, and then on Thursday October 11, 1984 at the Schafer Funeral Home in Ashland who was in charge of arrangements in that city.
