NASHVILLE - John F. Wohler, 88, of Nashville, died Sunday at the Brown County Health and Living Community.

He was a dairy farmer until 1968 when he was employed as an expediter in the research department of Kiekhaefer Mercury Maine, Fond du Lac, Wis. Before retiring, he was an assistant manager in the retail store of J.F. Ahern Plumbing Co. He retired to Nashville in 1983.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, June M. (Kapke) Wohler, of Nashville; one son, James Wohler, of Bloomington; and one daughter, Judith Permut, of Greenwood Village, Colo.

A memorial service will be held 3 p.m. Sunday at the Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church in Bean Blossom with Rev. Henry Berg officiating. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall. Interment will be at Lakeview Memorial Park in Oshkosh, Wis., at a later date.
