Biography
He received by will, one half his father's house and lands in South Hampton, and on March 20, 1783, his brother, Philip Flanders, conveyed to him 46 acres of land in South Hampton, "lately owned by my Honoured Father, late deceased, save for one acre which my Honoured Father purchased from Nathaniel Rowell, together with a privilege for my said brother Prince, to pass thru this piece".
