FUNERAL SERVICES FOR LATE MRS. BOLDT WILL BE FRIDAY
Sheboygan Falls--The funeral of Mrs. Herman E. Boldt, wife of State Senator Boldt, will be held from the home here at 1:30 p.m. Friday. A delegation from the state senate is expected from Madison Friday to attend the services. The body arrived here early this morning. Mrs. Boldt died in the Wisconsin General hospital at 4 a.m. Wednesday, following an operation for which she had gone to Madison on January 11. The operation was performed Saturday and on Tuesday her condition became so serious that little hope was held for her recovery. Mrs. Boldt's death is a great shock to her many friends, because only two months ago she accompanied her husband on an extensive trip through the east. Senator Boldt was a member of the legislative interim committee which visited a number of the eastern states in November in order to gather data on what is being done in constructive legislation in those sections.
Mrs. Boldt is surved by her husband, seven children, Mrs. L. W. Schlieder, of Sheboygan Falls; Willard Boldt of Milwaukee; and Henry, Myra, John, George and Herman Boldt, all of whom reside at home. There is one grandchild. There are three sisters, Mrs. Fred Wedepohl, Mrs. Joseph Schneider and Mrs. Oscar J. Matthias, all of Sheboygan Falls, and two brother, August and Louis Arnoldi, both of Route 1, Sheboygan Falls.
Her maiden name was Minnie Arnoldi and she was married to Senator Boldt on Sept. 21, 1895. The Rev. John Biehusen, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran church, will conduct the funeral services. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
