Kathleen (McNamara)(Crean) DeGregorio, 60, died suddenly, July 18, 2010 with family by her side at Saint Elizabeths Hospital in Boston Massachusetts. She was the wife of Salvatore J. DeGregorio. Born in Brockton, she was raised in Stoughton and a graduate of Stoughton Schools and Boston State College. She formerly worked as a teacher at the West School, as an office clerk at Halmark Industries and at J.F. McNamara & Son, all in Stoughton. She was a member of the Womens Auxiliary at the American Legion, Post 89 in Stoughton and a former CCD Teacher at Immaculate Conception Church. Kathleen was full of life and love. She was always the first one on the dance floor, ready to play a game of cards, or just sit back and tell a great story. Her infectious laugh had a way of making everyone feel great and want to be around her. She was a devoted mother, a caring sister, a loving aunt, and a wonderful friend. In her free time, she enjoyed dancing, swimming, camping, playing cards and playing shuffleboard. In addition to her husband Salvatore, Kathleen is survived by her two children, Robert A. Crean of Jamaica Plain and Allyson Crean of Westport. She was the sister of Lucy C. McElroy of S. Yarmouth, James F. McNamara of Brockton and Falmouth, Mary Lou Malone of Stoughton, Ellen C. McSweeney of Stoughton and Falmouth and Anne M. Condon of Hingham. She was preceded in death by her parents; Mary L (Healey) McNamara and James F. McNamara; her brother, William A. McNamara; and her sister Alice F. Jasmin. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Funeral will be held from the Farley Funeral Home, 358 Park St., (Rte.27), Stoughton on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Stoughton at 10:30 a.m. Visiting Hours Wednesday 4-8 p.m. Burial will take place at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
